Getting Started with Smartcare

1.Getting Started:At the main Smart Care site, point to the "Getting Started" link: www.cisco.com/go/smartcare

2.Training: Click on the "Smart Care E-Learning" link. Complete all modules for each defined "role": http://cisco.partnerelearning.com/pec/Direct.asp?URL=201785946955.1937

3.Complete Exams: Click on the "Testing URL": http://www.testrac.com/pvuecisco/ There is a core exam, as well as one for those partners who will be supporting Cisco voice products.

4.Register: Click on https://tools.cisco.com/smartcare/ to register as a Smart Care certified partner.

5.Free NFR copy of the Smart Care Software: Partners completing certification may download a free NFR demonstration copy of the Smart Care software. This will allow you to become familiar with the application, how it integrates with Cisco, dashboard functionality, and reporting output. Again, this is free to you!

6.Virtual Lab: As an additional resource, you may take advantage of the free Lab Ops Environment. This online application is a learning automation tool in which partners can take advantage of a live lab environment to become familiar with the Smart Care portal & services. It is also intended to be a demonstration tool to use with prospective Smart Care customers.

* Performance Metrics - Program Metrics and Status for service program(s) partner participates with Cisco with one display area for each program
* Operational Indicators - This OE (Operational Excellence) Indicators section contains a list of reports with additional support operational insights
